Yerevan arrival-Evening city tour  

Arrival at Zvartnots International Airport. The English-speaking tour guide will welcome and accompany you to your accommodation by comfortable transport.  You will have a short city tour in the evening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Walk towards the  Fountains Park, Republic Square, Hanrapetutyan, and Abovyan streets with their 19th c. buildings, Opera house, and Cascade.

Evening City tour in Kond 

At 05:00-06:00 p.m. start the walking tour in the capital of Armenia from Kond- the oldest and antique district of Yerevan. The locals call this district the Independent Republic of Kond in the capital of Armenia: old (17th c) houses, narrow streets, Persian mosque (which has been inhabited since the soviet times). Tea time in a local house in Kond.

P.S. Unfortunately we should skip Abovyan’s house museum, as the museum will be closed by that time.

 Yerevan-Garni temple- Symphony of Stones-Geghard monastery (in the evening)

Start the trip at 5:00 p.m. Drive to Garni pagan temple, drive to the gorge of the Azat river to see the extraordinary stone formation, which looks like an Organ (musical instrument). Drive to Geghard cave-monastery.

July 2, Friday

 Yerevan-Khor Virap-Areni cave-Shaki waterfall

Start the day early in the morning, drive towards the Biblical Mount Ararat, and visit Khor Virap Monastery, continue to Vayots dzor region and visit Areni 1 cave, where the oldest shoe and a 6100 years old winery was found. Continue your way towards the Syunik region. After the visit to Tatev monastery overnight in Tatev village or neighborhoods. You will have a nice jeeping in the surroundings of the village.

July 3, Saturday

Tatev-Shaki-Noravank-Wine tasting-Yerevan

After breakfast, drive back towards Yerevan, stop at Shaki waterfall. You will have a nice wine tasting in Areni wine village before you arrive in Yerevan.

Echmiadzin-Departure

Before the airport transfer, at 08:30 a short visit to the Armenian Vatican (the Mother Cathedral is under restoration and one can see it only from outside.
